Kellihers Electrical are delighted to offer our efficient PV Kits for the Schools Solar Panel initiative
Schools across Ireland are eligible to apply for funding for solar panels under the first phase of a new school solar panel scheme. Government funding will help schools reduce their energy bills and carbon footprint with the installation of up to 16 roof-mounted solar panels per school, which equates to 6 kilowatts of power.
This rooftop revolution will benefit every school across the country. A solar panel installation on the school premises will serve as a source of inspiration for teachers, students and their families, not to mention an excellent opportunity for learning more about renewable energy and how to care for the world around them.
The whole school community can witness first hand the financial benefits of reduced electricity bills, allowing them to allocate additional funds towards other vital areas of operation throughout the school.
